The client brief was to create a destination office, a workspace that felt truly special and excited the whole Addison Lee team. They wanted their new workspace at The Point, Paddington to be totally different to their old offices scattered around various uninspiring premises behind Euston Station.
One of London's’ largest premium fleeted car services, Addison Lee’s aspirations were to create a unifying one-company feel and encourage a new agile way of working, along with being able to use their new office as a showcase for visiting clients. Day2 embarked on a thorough discovery process with the design crew to create a pilot scheme set-up that was installed in the existing offices as part of the new workspace unveiling. This allowed the procurement team to share the excitement with the rest of the 300 staff members, successfully aided the transition from their old building and facilitated a more collaborative way of working.
