Quilter wanted to unite business groups from three different London locations. Their primary objective was to create a working environment where their employees could thrive and feel proud.
The new 90,000 sq. ft home at Senator House, designed by MCM Architecture, was created to foster an open and inclusive culture. The space provides a diverse range of areas and settings that support different ways of working, meeting and collaborating.
The experience of Quilter's clients and visitors hasalso been given significant consideration. A curated scheme has beenimplemented, which communicates Quilter's 250-year history and embodies theorganisation's values of being 'pioneering, dependable and stronger together'.
